An excellently balanced and versitile IGP Certified balsamico of Modena. Produced from wine and grape must of Lambrusco and Trebbiano grape varietals. Aged in wine barrels of French Allier oak. Aromatic, dense, and rich flavor with a clean delicate finish. Superb with fresh strawberries, salad greens, and meats.
A balanced flavor of sweet and mild bitterness with a lovely aromatic quality. The infusion of turmeric juice rounds out the acidity of the white balsamic vinegar.
