Thus, the Victory Cheese Box was born. up, but specialty, small independent farms and cheesemakers who relied almost entirely on this market took a giant hit. Many of those small farms are not set up for online sales and while staples at grocers surged in sales, speciality foods did not. Thus, the Victory Cheese Box was born.
